Coursult INC, a Delaware C Corporation in the United States, operates Coursult. This notice describes how the Coursult website handles the information you choose to provide. Please describe work in general terms and leave out passwords, confidential documents, customer records and sensitive personal information.
What you provide
The application collects your audience type, role, work descriptions, desired result, tools and AI experience. Team and company applications also include group size and functions. We collect your name and email, plus a company name if you choose to provide it.
Why we use it
We use these details to generate your Delegation Map, review your application and, where appropriate, contact you about a bespoke Coursult program. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commit you to a purchase.
AI analysis
For AI-generated maps, your work descriptions, role, goals, tools and team context are sent to an AI service provider to generate a map. We exclude the name, email and company fields. Anything you write in a work description can still be included, so avoid identifiable or confidential details there.
We also provide a guided map using role-based rules. Your result identifies which type of analysis was used. The OpenAI integration requests that responses not be stored; the provider’s own processing and retention rules still apply.
Storage and service providers
Applications and maps are stored in Cloudflare D1 for application review and follow-up. Cloudflare provides our website hosting and database services. We do not sell application data. We retain applications for review and follow-up; you can request deletion as described below.
Your browser
Work answers and the completed map are saved in session storage so a refresh does not lose your progress. Draft name, email and company fields are excluded. Saved drafts are ignored after 24 hours and normally disappear when the browser tab session ends. Your browser may restore a session after a restart. Use “Build a new map” to clear the saved map and draft.
The site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics services. Short-lived rate-limit counters use the connection address to limit spam; application records do not include that address. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own request logs.
Access and deletion
Keep the application reference shown on your map. If you want us to correct or delete your application, reply to your Coursult follow-up email, include that reference and state what you would like changed. Before submitting, consider whether the information is appropriate for the uses described here.
